Numerous Passengers of the Abuja- kaduna train have been confirmed injured on Monday as a result of derailment after collision
The incident has been confirmed by the Managing Director of the Nigerian railway corporation, Kayode Opeifa on Monday.
“The train encountered an incident near Asham”,he said.
He explained that the injured passengers had been brought back to Idu train station for necessary medical attention but no person had died
Opeifa said the Nigerian Railway Corporation is currently carrying out an investigation to ascertain the exact cause of the incident.
