Former presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi, has expressed grief over the death of Nigerian football icon Henry Nwosu.

In a message shared on his verified account on X on Saturday, Obi said he was deeply saddened by the passing of the former Nigeria national football team midfielder, whom he described as one of the patriots he admired while growing up.
